Not every home has a sump pump, and that doesn't mean a radon mitigation system is off the table — it just means the system has to be designed differently. Instead of routing through an existing sump pit, we design a custom venting path suited to your home's specific foundation and layout.
The goal is the same as any mitigation system: draw radon gas from beneath your home and vent it safely outside using a continuously running fan, keeping it from building up indoors. The difference is entirely in how the system is engineered around your foundation, not in how effective it is.
This option is common in older homes, homes built on slab foundations, and homes where a sump pump was never installed. Our certified specialists evaluate your foundation and design a system that fits it, so you get the same permanent radon reduction as a standard install. Every radon mitigation system we install is backed by a five-year limited warranty that starts on your install date. It covers the complete system and fan against defects in materials, components and our installation workmanship. If something covered fails, we repair or replace it at no charge for parts and labor, and we handle the claim ourselves.

Our five-year limited warranty covers the complete radon mitigation system and fan as we installed it, starting on your install date. It covers defects in materials, system components and our installation workmanship. If a covered problem comes up, we repair or replace the part, or correct the work, at no charge for parts and labor. We don’t charge a service-call or diagnostic fee for a covered claim.
The warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, floods, fire, lightning, storms, falling debris or power surges, or from repairs and changes made by someone other than us. It also doesn’t guarantee a specific radon level in the future, since changes to the home, like foundation work or new construction, can affect radon levels.
