Our Residential Standard Mitigation System Install is a flat $1,600, which includes full system design, installation using your home's existing sump pump, and ongoing radon level reduction.

In most cases, yes. If your home has a sump pump, we can typically design your mitigation system around it, which keeps installation simpler than starting from scratch. Homes without a sump pump need a different setup — see our No Sump Pump Install option.
Yes — when properly installed and maintained, a mitigation system continuously vents radon and keeps levels reduced for as long as the system is running. We recommend periodic testing to confirm it continues working as expected.
Testing is the only way to know your radon level for certain, but if your results came back elevated, installing a system is the EPA-recommended way to bring your home's air back within safe levels.
Our five-year limited warranty covers the complete radon mitigation system and fan as we installed it, starting on your install date. It covers defects in materials, system components and our installation workmanship. If a covered problem comes up, we repair or replace the part, or correct the work, at no charge for parts and labor. We don’t charge a service-call or diagnostic fee for a covered claim.
The warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, floods, fire, lightning, storms, falling debris or power surges, or from repairs and changes made by someone other than us. It also doesn’t guarantee a specific radon level in the future, since changes to the home, like foundation work or new construction, can affect radon levels.

Every radon mitigation system we install is backed by a five-year limited warranty that starts on your install date. It covers the complete system and fan against defects in materials, components and our installation workmanship. If something covered fails, we repair or replace it at no charge for parts and labor, and we handle the claim ourselves.
